Yes. After booking you receive a confirmation by email. Want to change something? Call us on +31 23 5 653 653 or reply to that email. You can also cancel with the link in the confirmation, and cancelling is always free.

Yes. You can add the return ride straight away in the booking form.

Rides to and from Schiphol have a fixed price. From Hoofddorp it is € 37 by car. Waiting for a delayed flight, luggage and night or weekend rides cost nothing extra. Cancelling is free. See the prices for every town on the Rides & rates page.

Rides that do not go to or from an airport are charged by the meter: € 3.60 starting rate, € 2.65 per kilometre and € 0.44 per minute. Our online booking form shows the exact price in advance.

You pay in cash, by debit or credit card. Travel with us regularly for business? Then you can also pay on account, at no extra cost.

When booking, give us your flight number and expected arrival time. We keep an eye on your flight. Once you have your luggage, call us on +31 23 5 653 653. We will tell you straight away at which departures entrance (upstairs) your driver is waiting. That is where the taxi can stop most easily. Waiting at Schiphol never costs extra. Yes, at a fixed price to Rotterdam, Eindhoven, Antwerp, Brussels, Düsseldorf and Liège. When we pick you up there, we track your flight too. See the prices for other airports.

Yes. Up to 7 people can travel together in our minibus.

The car takes 3 large suitcases plus hand luggage, the minibus 6 large suitcases plus hand luggage. Luggage costs nothing extra. Bringing something large, such as a golf bag, pushchair or bicycle? Then choose the minibus.

Yes, as long as the wheelchair can be folded. You move to a seat in the car. The driver helps you with that and puts the wheelchair in the boot.

No, a child seat is not required in a taxi. We don't provide child seats, but you are welcome to bring your own.

Yes, your dog is welcome.

Yes. We get you to the hospital, your GP or your care appointment on time. A folded wheelchair can come along. Does your health insurer or municipality cover the ride? We give you a receipt to claim it.
